Enjoy the king size bed, leather chairs and our custom made duvets as you let the fireplace warm you on cool nights. Six ft. jetted and soaking tub. Executive desk, Wireless internet.

Queen Bed

Queen bed, Fireplace, Private bath, desk 1st or 2nd floor access . Well appointed corner or interior rooms featuring large windows. Some rooms have gas fireplaces. Comfortable beds w/ 300 count cotton sheets. Desk with phone and wireless internet. Private bath w/ tub/shower or shower only. Soothing palette.

Two Double Beds

Two double beds, Private bath(soaking tub or shower), 1st or 2nd floor access, Atrium. Well appointed rooms with two dbl beds. Some with gas fireplaces. Comfortable beds with 300 count cotton sheets. Desk with wireless internet. One room has a 6 ft. soaking tub. Soothing palette.

Directions

From DIA--South On Pena Blvd. to Tollroad E-470 (Exit 6B). Go North on E-470 to I-25. There will be 2 tollbooths at $2 each. Exit N. I-25 (Exit #47/Ft. Collins). Exit Hwy. 52 (Exit #235, approx. 5 min.). Turn left on Hwy. 52 and go 6.6 mi. to Hwy. 287. Turn Right onto Hwy. 287, go 1 mi. Turn left onto Niwot Road. Proceed 3.6 miles to 2nd Ave.(right after 3-way stop). The Inn is 3rd. building on the right. Parking behind the inn.
