Prince Albert Cottage - The true-love match of Queen Victoria! Queen Victoria wore mourning black to the end of her days after His early death. He was 'the handsomest man in England' and his likeness graces tobacco tins named in his honor! Prince Albert Cottage has royal blue damask draperies, with aqua and royal tapestry valances. Verdigris Victorian spiral staircase climbs to the loft with wedding-cake balusters. 2 huge brass chandeliers with over 200 crystals hang in the 25' cathedral ceiling. Gas fireplace with carved mahogany/gold leaf mantelpiece and Victorian Mirror graces a most masculine cottage with hardwood floors and blue oriental carpet with two rose-coloured Victorian upholstered slipper chairs.
