The house of the Elite Hotel has a long and rich history going back to the late 14th century. It is a special and original place shrouded in myths and legends, a place which the roaming discover, the demanding seek and the satisfied come back to. Complete renovation of this architectonically remarkable building with unique room arrangement carried out between 1998 and 2000 provided highly comfortable rooms without marring the romantic charm of an ancient edifice. The hotel is located in a quiet place, yet right in the heart of Prague's new town, surrounded by many sights yet right in the heart of business and social life. Its cosy atmosphere is aptly augmented by a stylish grill club on the ground floor offering the best of Spanish, French and Argentinean cuisines and by a cocktail bar with jazz and Latino music in the subterranean vaults.

Restaurants

The Ultramarin Restaurant 'The Cosy Grill Cafe' is located on the ground floor of the hotel, under renaissance arches. The original paintings are on the arches as well as Venelian Stucco on the walls and a modern interior create just the right atmosphere for a relaxed get together where you can also have a look at the current menu. It is open 11:00-03:00. The Merelott lobby bar is a quiet place for a cup of coffee or a range of other drinks. Open daily from 10:00-01:00. The Music Club is located in the cellar space under the Grill Cafe it is here that you will find the music nightclub. Open 19:00-04:00.
