Room fees and a 100.00USD deposit are due upon checkin. Deposit is refundable upon checkout contingent on no room damages or outstanding charges. Best of all, unlike apartment living, there are no application fees, credit checks, long-term leases, nor utility bills to be concerned with. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM, Saturday 10:00AM-2:00PM, and closed on Sunday.
