Over 100,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space including 28,000 sq. ft. exhibit hall, 30 meeting/seminar rooms and two lecture halls with permanent seating. Specialty restaurants, cafes and lounges open onto outdoor terraces and the Miami Riverfront. The hotel's location provides direct access to the People Mover and a self-parking garage, I-95, the Florida Turnpike and easy access to the Bayside Marketplace, local beaches and Miami International Airport. 20AUG07-20FEB08: The Hyatt Regency Miami is pleased to announce that they are undergoing a $20M update to the guestrooms including all soft and case goods. The first phase of the project includes an exterior upgrade which will be completed by 30OCT07. There will be no disruption to guests during the renovation.
