We are walking distance to the public beach, on the Gulf of Mexico, casino cruise ships, fishing piers, charter boats, deep sea fishing, Key West boat, waterfront, dining, out-door cafes, gift shops, and a nightlife that has something for everyone. In addition you will be just minutes away from Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, Cape Coral, and Naples. We offer daily, weekly rates as well as extened stay off season.

Room Information

2 Bedroom Apartment

The Glouster Room has one queen bed in the bedroom, featuring a TV and french doors that lead out to a private patio. Room also offers a living room complete with a queen size sofa sleeper, 27 inch TV and a fully equipped kitchen.

Deluxe 2 Bedroom

The Hyanis is 2 Stories and has 2 bathrooms. This apartmenthas a King, a Queen, and 2 Twin Size Beds in addition to a Sofa. The Living Room has a 13 ft. Arched Window and a Wooden Spiral Staircase. The apartment offers a Full Kitchen with an Island Stove and Microwave. The unit also offers 2 Balconies with Sun/Shade Decks, along with views of the Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico.

Standard Queen

The New Bedford room has a Queen Size Bed, Small Refigerator, Coffee Maker, Microwave, AC, Color Cable TV, Alarm Clock, Table and Chairs with a Private Balcony.

Standard Double

The Bostonian and Rockport Room has 2 Queen beds, a small Refrigerator, Coffee maker, Microwave, AC, Color Cable TV, Alarm Clock, Table and Chairs, and a Private Balcony.

Efficiency Queen

Efficiency with a Queen Bed, Color Cable TV, with AC and an Alarm Clock. This room also features a Pullman Kitchen and the front door opens onto a Balony.

Studio Apartment

The Nantucket Room is a One Bedroom Studio Apartment with a Queen Size Bed, a Full Kitchen, Front and Back Patio Decks, a Garage, Color Cable TV, AC, and Alarm Clock.

Directions

From the airport - Take Exit 121/Old 21 west onto Daniels Parkway, Drive appoximately 10 Miles to Summerlin Road. Turn Left west onto Summerlin Raod and drive 6 Miles to San Carlos Blvd. Tune Left onto San Carlos Blvd. and drive 4 Miles. This will take ou over a bridge onto Fort Myers Beach. Circle Right at the bottom of the bridge past Pizza Hut. Take a Right on Third Street and go under the bridge. We are the last property on the left.
