***Our rates are per room, per night and are room only unless otherwise specified*** The Best Western Lansdowne Strand Hotel is a 16th century coaching inn, located on the A4, the route of ancient London to Bath road. Our hotel is located for business, the edge of Bristol about 30 minute drive. Swindon is half an hour away and the M4 is just 10 minutes away. All bedrooms are well equipped and very spacious. Many of the rooms have the original wooden beams and three rooms have whirlpool baths. The Lounge bar has a cozy living fire that complemented the wood paneled Lansdowne Bar. Also, the Lansdowne Bar has it's own fireplace and three real ales. The Best Western Lansdowne Strand Hotel offers secure parking available in the courtyard which overlooks the Mediaeval Brew House. Luggage assistance is available, no lift. The guest has a choice of two golf courses nearby.
