Brooklands Suite

Like all of our conference rooms, the Booklands Suite is on the ground floor of the hotel and has direct outside access, as well as access from the hotel foyer. This suite can seat 300 theatre-style for large meetings and its wide access doors allow even the largest material to be displayed at exhibitions and product launches. The suite is licensed for civil ceremonies and has a self contained bar area. The suite can be sub-divided into the 'Cobb Suite', the 'Campbell Suite' and the 'Lambert Suite'

Campbell Suite

The Campbell Suite is light and spacious with natural daylight to keep all delegates alert. Fully air-conditioned, it seats up to 120 theatre style.

Claremont Room

The purpose built Claremont room will seat up to 10 people boardroom style. Perfect for smaller seminars, meetings or interviews.

Cobb Suite

The Cobb room is situated on the ground floor and is fully air-conditioned, with patio doors for natural daylight.

Foxhills Suite
