The Hayesthorpe Hotel is a quiet hotel off the Brighton Road A235 located in a quiet residential area along St.Augustines Avenue which also connects to Purley Way - the A23 in South Croydon, and within easy access to the M25. The Faifield halls, the busy south end and the Whitgift Center are only a few bus stops away. All rooms have TV, hospitality trays and en-suite facilities having showers. Some family and twin rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Relax in the Lounge / Bar where you can unwind with a drink, or if you prefer you may even have your drink on the patio or the spacious secluded garden. If you prefer a pub feel then the Red Deer Pub is just a five minute walk down the road.

From Gatwick Airport Leave airport going North on M23 towards London. Continue on M23 across M25 following signs towards Croydon. M23 becomes A23. Continue on A23 through Coulsdon still following signs for Croydon. At Tesco superstore in Purley go straight across intersection onto Brighton Rd A235. following signs towards South Croydon. Go 1.4 Miles. After passing the 2nd petrol station on the left side of the road, TOTAL, take 2nd turning on the left which is St.Augustines Avenue. Go up the hill 0.2 Miles. Hayesthorpe Hotel is on the right after the bend. From M25 Leave M25 at exit7 and follow A23 and signs towards Croydon.Continue on A23 through Coulsdon still following signs for Croydon. At Tesco superstore in Purley go straight across intersection onto Brighton Rd A235 following the signs towards South Croydon. Go 1.4 Miles.After passing 2 petrol stations on left, the 2nd turning on left is St.Augustines Avenue. Go up hill 0.2 Miles. Hayesthorpe Hotel is on the right.

We have discontinued our Restaurant for evening meals, however if you want to eat in, you just have to enquire with the reception, where we will furnish you with Menus of Restaurants that will deliver your choice of Pizza, Chinese, Indian and even Kebabs. We will even provide the cutlery for your convenience. This gives our guests a varied choice and longer availabilty. Alternatively there are myriads of cafes, bars and restaurants in all styles and price ranges in this bustling area and especially along the Brighton Road which is only a short walk away, with the majority of them being a 5 minute bus ride away.
