The Huntingdon House Hotel is a very attractive picturesque Victorian building sitting in its own landscaped gardens with a large car park, in a quiet residential part of Dumfries, South West Scotland. We pride ourselves on offering the highest standard of service and cleanliness. The hotel has undergone an extensive refurbishment and we are sure our guest will enjoy the warm and comfortable surroundings. The hotel is 150 meters from Dumfries Railway Station and a 5 minute walk from Dumfries town centre. There is ample parking for cars and coaches and a beer garden in the grounds of the hotel where guests can relax.

Directions

From the South: On the outskirts of Dumfries you will see the Little Chef Cafe and Petrol Station to your left. At the Roundabout just beyond the Little Chef (disregard the first exit for Dumfries town centre) take the 2nd exit (by-pass) on your left, and continue to the next roundabout and take the first exit. The Huntingdon House is situated approx. 1 mile from this roundabout and is the first hotel on your left as you enter Dumfries. From North: Travel South on the M74 to Lockerbie. At Lockerbie take the A709 road to Dumfries. (St. Mary's Street is more or less a continuation of the A709. The Huntingdon House is the first hotel on your left as you enter Dumfries in St Mary's Street, & lies 150 meters from Railway Station.
