This Italian restaurant offers a wide range of food, and is especially good for catering for families. Chiquitos: Only half a mile from the lodge, this Mexican restaurant is a very popular choice. Offering a wide range of foods, and situated on a prime spot next to the metrolink, which is handy for those heading off into Manchester. Hanrahans: Only half a mile from the lodge, Hanrahans is a very popular choice, with a wide selection of good quality foods, it is a prime spot for people to meet up if they plan to venture into the city. Live bands play there a couple of nights a week. The Beefeater: Only half a mile from the lodge. A great family bar which is situated right on the quays, which gives for a very pleasant view whilst eating a wide selection of high quality food. The Trafford Centre: Situated only 2 miles from the lodge, this giant shopping mall has a wide selection of restaurants to choose from with a wide range of different types of food.
