The Kensington Guest House offers a warm, friendly welcome. We are situated close to Peasholm park, and within easy walking distance of the North Bay and the town centre including the famous Stephen Joseph Theatre. There are two twin and three double bedrooms all are en-suite, there is also a single room with private bathroom. We make comfort and cleanliness our top priority. The rooms are equipped with hospitality trays and colour tv.In our breakfast room you may help yourself to a range of cereals, fruit,yoghurts and juice, followed if you wish by a full Yorkshire breakfast prepared from quality locally sourced ingredients as part of the Deliciously Yorkshire Breakfast Scheme. From North Yorkshire A170 - Head East on A170 toward Main Street. Go through 3 roundabouts. Slight right at A171/Falsgrave Road. Continue to follow A171. Turn left at A165/Northway. Go through two roundabouts to Columbus Ravine. From A171 North Yorkshire - Head East on A171. Go through 1 roundabout. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto B1416/Ruswarp Ln. Continue to follow B1416. Turn left at B1416/Oakley Bank. Continue to follow B1416. Turn right at A171. Slight left to A165/Coastal Road. Continue to follow A165. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto A165/Columbus Ravine.
