Within the Cool category are rooms 7 and 17. Room 7 is South facing with woodland views, whilst room 17 have views of the coast to the North, a large walk-in shower, and is adapted for guests with limited mobility. Both rooms can be twinned or have a king size double bed, and are equipped with pre-set lighting modes which can be adjusted to suit your style, complimentary broadband and Bang & Olufsen televisions that also control the large selection of digitally stored music. Rooms are a minimum of 47.1 square metres

Deluxe Room

Within the Escapist category are rooms 1,2,5,10,11 & 19. All rooms are equipped with king size double beds, pre-set lighting modes which can be adjusted to suit your style and Bang & Olufsen televisions that also control the large selection of digitally stored music and complimentary broadband. Room 1 is South facing with a private garden terrace. Room 2 is South facing with a orivate garden terrace and a hughe bathroom with a large freestanding two person bath. Room 5 is located in the old wing of the hall with magnificent sea views both to the North and East. Room 10 is South facing with both Sea and Woodland views. Room 19 is situated within the oldest part of the hall with exposed beams and coastal views to the North. Rooms 1, 2, 10, 11 and 19 have fireplaces set within a limestone hearth. Executive Room

The Indulgent category include rooms 6, 8 & 9, all within the old wing of the hall. All rooms are equipped with king size double beds, pre-set lighting modes which can be adjusted to suit your style and Bang & Olufsen televisions that also control the large selection of digitally stored music and complimentary broadband.Room 6 is a fabulous suite with dramatic views to the East, South and West that proves popular with wedding couples.Rooms 8 and 9 are three-room suites with views to the South, both with gas fires in the lounge set within limestone hearths.Room 9 also benefits from a half tester bed set on a raised floor. Penthouse

The tops suite has everything that you need except for a kitchen Â– even its own front door overlooking the atrium. Private study, lounge with private dining area, huge bedrooms with a stunning king size half tester bed and Italian furniture and enormous bathroom with a freestanding two-person bath and a huge walk-in shower. Head on the A690 towards Sunderland. At the junction for the A19 head south. Take the exit signposted B1404 to Seaham off the A19. At the top of the sliproad turn left towards Seaham. Go straight over the traffic lights onto Lord Byrons Walk. Follow the road and go over the railway crossing. Seaham Hall is approximately a quarter of a mile further on the right.

Follow the A19 north towards Sunderland. Take the exit signposted the A1018 to Sunderland and Ryhope. At the roundabout turn left towards Seaham. At the traffic lights turn left onto Lord Byrons Walk. Follow the road along, over the railway crossing and Seaham Hall is approximately a quarter of a mile further on the right.
