Ideally situated for the bustling City centre of Swansea with its many attractions, and for the picturesque village of Mumbles, the gateway to the beautiful Gower Peninsula. Now awarded 3 stars by the Wales Tourist Board, we pride ourselves in a high standard of customer care, paying attention to the smallest detail. We have nine bedrooms in total all with ensuite facilities. Take time out to relax an unwind in comfort on our Natuzzi leather recliner and suite, read a newspaper or choose a magazine. From Swansea Central Railway Station-Exit Station past taxi rank, cross over High St towards far set of traffic lights outside old now unused Police station. Keeping Old Police Station on left, walk along Alexander Rd past new Police station on right. Continue along Mansel St and up Walter Rd, passing St.James Church. We are situated on corner of Nyanza Terrace-Eaton Crescent. Total distance approx 1.5miles. M4 Junction 42-From M4 turn off at J42, SWANSEA. Drive 6miles at Sainsburys. Continue straight on at leisure centre-New Footbridge. Countinue straight on at County Hall. Continue straight on at Bay View Hotel on right, prepare to turn right, take right hand lane. Turn right at lights into Guildhall Rd South leading to St Helens Rd. Continue straight on at Guildhall.Continue straight on at Crown Court.Continue straight on at Joes Ice Cream Parlour. Prepare to turn left at lights, with Brynymor Rd. Turn left drive past Brynymor Rd shops,continue up hill to junction with Uplands Cresent.
