The Oakthorpe Hotel and Lamplighter Bar are located in the heart of Windermere village, The Lake District. This charming Victorian building is part of Lakeland's heritage. Tony Tasker is the Chef Patron while Sue overseas the friendly efficient staff. We have built an enviable reputation for excellent home cooked food at realistic prices. Fish is a speciality delivered daily from Fleetwood.
