Directions
Driving direction from airport
Exit the airport and take the Tsing Ma Bridge. Follow signs for the Western Tunnel. Once through the Tunnel, head East on Connaught Road. At Exit for Wanchai, use Fly-over to turn around. Head West on Connaught Road towards Central District. The Mandarin Oriental is on the left-hand side. Just opposite the Star Ferry. In Hong Kong, it is recommended that international travellers use public or hotel transporation service.

Mandarin Grill
Sir Terence Conran has undertaken the remodelling of The Grill. The design will incorporate a new lounge bar at the entrance, a private dining room, crustacean, oyster and sushi bar with a glass fronted open kitchen. Natural daylight from the original, newly exposed windows will fill the room with warmth and the cityscape of Central - day or night. By day the Mandarin Grill is a favorite of Hong Kong's business elite who enjoy the freshest ingredients for breakfast and dinner. At night the restaurant becomes an intimate and elegant setting for the finest grill room cuisine including more than 300 choices with fine wines to complement every choice. Relaxed and informal dining is offered at the Cafe located on the mezzanine floor. The Cafe offers a wide selection of international and Asian specialities. Breakfast is served from 6:30am to 11:30am Luncheon from 11:30 am to 3pm Afternoon tea from 3pm to 6pm Dinner from 6pm to 1 am.
Clipper Lounge
A key meeting place for hotel guests and Hong Kong residents meeting socially or doing business in Central, the Clipper Lounge has been a favourite meeting and dining venue in Hong Kong for many years, providing an informal yet elegant environment throughout the day. The Clipper Lounge serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is renowned for afternoon tea that features the hotels signature Rose Petal Jam. Captain's Bar
The Captain's Bar has been the favoured meeting place and watering hole for the industry leaders, traders, legals and hotel guests for many years. Being the most visible bar in the hotel and with the attraction of live entertainment, it is one most favoured by hotel guests. The Captain's Bar serve snacks and drinks from 3pm to midnight. Live band and dancing from 9pm to 1:45am from Monday to Saturday. Jazz band from 9pm to 1:00 am on Sunday.
Chinnery Bar
The quiet club-like atmosphere of the Chinnery Bar makes it a favourite with the local elite. The overall feel will remain one of a colonial gentlemens bar, which our guests feel that they want to discover and then keep to themselves. Chinnery portraits hang over the banquettes, immortalising this popular artist and how much he was part of Hong Kong society of the era.
