UNIV OF ILLINOIS WILLARD ARPT: S

Take highway 45 South to first T intersection, turn right. Go to I-70 South, approximately 60 miles to Effingham, take Exit 160 and turn right. Go to first stop light, Avenue of Mid America, turn right and then proceed to next light and make a right turn on Raney St.
