The main restaurant of Bandos Island Resort is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and specialises in catering for guests whose holiday package includes meals - yet is open to all the guests. Package holidaymakers, however, are not restricted to one restaurant, but are welcome to eat either at the Coffee shop or the Harbour Grill with a discount. Breakfast: 0700 - 0945hrs. Lunch: 1230 - 1400hrs. Dinner: 1915 - 2130 hrs. On Fridays Lunch is served between 1300 - 1430hrs
