The Solymar Beach Resort in Cancun is just 10 minutes from the airport and is in the hotel zone between the Caribbean Ocean and the Nichupte Lagoon. There are 95 guestrooms with air conditioning, ceiling fan, color satellite TV with remote control, mini-bar and safe deposit box. All rooms include a balcony that offer spectacular views of either the Caribbean Ocean or the Nichupte Lagoon. This all-inclusive plan resort provides all meals and beverages, use of the pool and game room. In addition, there are several lounges and bars (including a pool bar) where you can enjoy your favorite drink. Also provided are numerous non-motorized water sports, tennis courts, and for a slight additional charge: babysitting, car rental agency, travel agency, beauty salon, laundry services and medical services. Directions

Take the exit road out of the airport and travel approximately 2.4 kms. (1.5 miles) to the Highway 307 overpass. Please note that there will be an exit ramp to go South 307 on the right just before the overpass. Go straight across the overpass and continue traveling along this road. This road is Kukulcan Boulevard and leads you directly to Cancun's 'Zona Hotelera.' As you travel along this road, you will pass Parque Nizuc on your right (Cancun's version of Wet 'n Wild). Continue traveling along Kukulcan Boulevard until you reach your hotel which is located on the right at KM 18.7.
