Directions

From Points South(Boston,NY): Take Rt.95 North to Portsmouth, New Hampshire, to exit #4, Spaulding Turnpike. The Spaulding Turnpike becomes Route 16 North. Follow Route 16 to Conway Village, in Conway Village turn left at 2nd light. Continue on Route 16 for three miles and turn right onto Settlers' Green Outlet Village. The hotel is located directly behind Settlers' Green Outlet Village. From Points East(Portland): Take Rt. 302 West to Rt. 16 North in North Conway. Once on Route 16 North, turn right at 2nd light into Settlers' Green Outlet Village. The hotel is located behind Settlers' Green Outlet Village.

The Mountainside Restaurant, overlooking our picturesque pond and the mountains beyond, offers a royal breakfast buffet. All-you-can-eat Eggs Benedict, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, juices and much more. Breakfast for up to 2 kids under 12 is free. In the evening, enjoy soups, salads, steaks, chicken, seafood and decadent desserts in our beautiful dining room. The Mountainside Tavern offers appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and burgers, plus a wide selection of bottled and tap beers, wines, and drink specialties served in a northern lodge setting.
