Up to 4 people, A/C, private bath and kitchen The Efficiency Studio is air conditioned and features 2 double sized beds (or one double bed and one futon) with a private bathroom, and a kitchen which contains a refrigerator, stove, basic cookware and eating utensils. It has all new basic furnishings that include two nightstands, dresser, mirror, color TV, and alarm clock. Ideal for extended stays! The rooms have been renovated and refurnished in 2005.

The rooms are air conditioned and have all new basic furnishings that include two nightstands, dresser, mirror, color TV and alarm clock. These rooms do not have private bathrooms. Instead, shared bathroom facilities are provided in the corridors of each floor. The rooms have been renovated and refurnished in 2005.

From Manhattan- 1- By car. After Lincoln tunnel take second exit 1/4 miles from the Tunnel onto Park Avenue. Drive 12 blocks. The Hotel is on the corner of Park Avenue and 48th Street. 2- By bus from Port Authority 42nd street and 8th avenue in NYC - Take bus -##128, 154, 156, 158, 159 or 165- to Boulevard East and 48th street in Weehawken. The Hotel is 1/2 block away.
