Directions from Airport: Exiting the airport, bear right on ramp for I-81S. Travel 6 miles to Exit 18 'Harrison St/Adams St. Continue in right lane onto Harrison Street and turn right onto State Street. From State Street, take a right onto East Genesee Street. Less than 1 mile, the Genesee Grande Hotel is on your right.
