Lakeside Room

Chic, contemporary room with separate shower and bath in a deluxe ensuite. Views to the driving range and a glass door leading to a private jetty at lake level. The superking bed has feather pillows & duvet.A writing desk with lamp and modem connection makes working while away easy.The bath and shower are separate however in the same tiled area with under floor heating for guest comfort.

Lakeview Suite

The interiors in these one bedroom suites blend a delicious mix of colours - chocolate, vanilla and raspberry. Each upstairs suite features cathedral ceilings and balcony. Each downstairs suite has a private front and rear courtyard. Every suite includes one allocated carport and serene lake and golf course views. 70 sq metres.

Lakefront Suite

Designed in the style of a boathouse, these one bedroom, two storey suites have decks literally built over the water. Separate bath with a relaxing view over the lake to the 9th green, and two types of showers - a luxurious "soaker" reminiscent of being in a downpour and a massaging shower with hand-held option. CD player, multiple TV's, modem point and feather bedding are just some of the standard luxuries in this very special accommodation. 80 sq metres.

Lakeside villa

Lakeside villas are the Lakeside Room and Lakefront Suite that are allocated together to make a two bedroom villa. They have a secure common entry/foyer. The individual rooms can be locked off or open.They are spacious and work very well for families and couples traveling together. The kitchenette has cooking facilities with a two burner hob, microwave and very extensive kitchen package.Downstairs there is a two car garage with washer/dryer.

Terrace apartments

Terrace Apartments are the max in spaciousness: 200 square metres. These two-bedroom apartments are stand-alone buildings with sweeping views across the lakes and fairways. Separate dining rooms, fully equipped kitchens, outdoor living and laundries make these perfect for long stays, families or groups of four. The elegant terrace apartments at feature minimalist furniture, high ceilings, a romantic gas fire and the expansive terraces suggested by their name.

From North to Peppers Clearwater ResortWhen you come into the suburb of Belfast you will be on State Highway 1.Route 1 will turns off at Johns Rd so you need to get into the right hand lane to follow the SH1. Peppers Clearwater Resort is about three minutes drive from this turnoff on your right hand side.Travelling time from Belfast is about 4 minutes.From the South to Peppers Clearwater ResortTravelling along Main South Rd (Route No 1) you will reach the suburb of Hornby, which is on the outskirts of Christchurch.Turn left into Carmen Road to follow Route No 1. Follow Carmen Road until it becomes Russley Road. Drive past the airport and continue along Russley Road until it becomes Johns Road. Peppers Clearwater Resort is found on the left hand side of the road.Travelling time from Hornby is about 20 minutes

The Lakes Restaurant

The Lakes Restaurant, combines elegant sophistication with a relaxed ambience. From the entry, the eye is drawn past the huge log fire and wine cellar on to the stylish lines of the central bar and stepped din ing area, to the spectacular view beyond of the PGA rated golf course and sparkling lake. The accomplished restaurant and kitchen teams boast a range of accolades and gold medals to their credit. Executive Chef, Michael Maguire's provides beautifully presented, uncomplicated cuisine, with a menu that could best be described as contemporary New Zealand with Asian and European influence.

The Sprig Bar

The ideal place to relax after a round of golf. Watch sport on the flat screen TV, enjoy coffee and sample the all day bar menu. If the weather is warm sit out on the terrace and watch the golfers come up the 18th.
