Walter Peak Suite

One bedroom suite - Walter Peak Suite. Located inside the lodge, these suites feature on king bed, on bedroom, one bathroom -shower only, no bath- with separate lounge and private balcony. King Suite - Wakatipu Suite. Located inside the lodge, these suites feature one king bed, one bedroom, one bathroom -no spa bath- with separate lounge and private balcony. One Bedroom Villa - Located away from the main lodge, each villa has one king bed, one bedroom, one bathroom, separate toilet, double spa bath, double shower, separate lounge with a log fireplace and private balcony. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only. All villas are accessed by a pathway through native gardens. Matakauri Suite

Two Bedroom Loft - Matakauri Suite. This two bedroom, two bathroom loft style suite includes one King bed and one zipper Queen bed, single spa bath, double shower, separate lounge and private balcony. Please note second bedroom is a smaller loft style bedroom which has ensuite bathroom and balcony but no separate lounge. Smoking is permitted on balcony only. Complimentary full breakfast, cocktail hour, three course dinner, newspaper, airport shuttle, outdoor parking, local calls, coffee and tea. Directions

Queenstown Airport (ZQN): SW

All visitors to Matakauri Lodge will first approach Queenstown via Frankton Road. At the second round about -rotary- turn left onto Shotover Street, and continue onto Lake Esplanade then follow the signage heading north towards Glenorchy. Follow that road along the lakes edge -keeping the lake on your left- for 4.5 miles. Look for the sign Welcome to Closeburn - we are 150 metres beyond this sign. Look on the left hand side of the road for a side road sign-posted in yellow Matakauri Lodge. Follow the signage to lodge and reception.

Glenorchy Road

Travel north down Glenorchy Road for 4.5 miles and turn left onto Farrycroft Road.

Wanaka

Travel north down Glenorchy Road for 4.5 miles and turn left onto Farrycroft Road.

12 Mile Delta

5 miles north of Matakauri Lodge on Glenorchy Road.
