Total number of guestrooms: 150 Available on Request: handicap accessible rooms, cribs, extra blankets and pillows, refrigerators -additional fee applicable, rollaways -additional fee applicable, turn down service. Restrictions: City fire code prohibits more than 4 people in a room. King rooms with a sofa bed will not allow a rollaway bed. Early Departure Fee of 1 night room rate plus tax if guest departs after noon on a day before scheduled check-out date.

Deluxe/Premium Room - approx. 375 square feet

With a blend of sophistication and classic charm, our rooms provide the perfect escape after a long day. Take in the tranquil views of Independence Park as you unwind in a realm of peaceful surroundings. In-room amenities include: Alarm clock radio, bath amenities, bathrobes, bathroom telephone, color cable television, coffee maker, coffee table, dataport/modem, desk, easy chair, express checkin/checkout, extra pillow and blankets, feather pillows, hairdryer, hotel/city guides, individual climate control, in-room safe, iron/ironing board, luggage holder, makeup mirror, minibar, newspaper, plants, remote voice mail, sitting area, sofa, speaker telephone (2 dual lines), wakeup service, Wireless High Speed Internet Access -additional fee may be applicable. Deluxe rooms with king beds offer a pullout sofabed. Deluxe rooms with 2 double beds must be booked directly with the hotel. Premium rooms have 2 double beds. Premium rooms do not include a pull-out sofa bed.

Parlor Suite - approx. 750-1,125 square feet

Parlor suites have all the same amenities as a deluxe/premium room and are equipped with a pullout sofa, large Parker chair, and cocktail table with two chairs. This is a corner room with either a view of the river or of Independence Hall. The parlor room connects to either one or two deluxe rooms. This suite must be booked with the hotel directly.

Penthouse Suite - approx. 1,075 square feet

The penthouse suite has all the same amenities as a deluxe/premium room. The parlor room is equipped with 20 foot Cathedral ceilings, golden chandelier, coffee tables, three couches, two easy chairs, wet bar and full bathroom. The dining area offers a large glass dining table with 10 chairs and serving buffet. The impressive bedroom boasts a four poster canopy bed, bathroom with double vanity, marble shower and Jacuzzi for two. This suite must be booked directly with the hotel.

Philadelphia International Airport

Follow I-95 N to Exit 17. Bear left on Exit 17 and take the first exit on your right to Independence Hall/Callowhill Street. Travel straight on Callowhill to 6th Street. Turn left onto 6th Street and at the 5th traffic light turn left onto Chestnut Street. The hotel is on the left side at 4th and Chestnut Streets.

I-95 S

Take I-95 South to Exit 22, Historic Area/Independence Hall. At the bottom of the ramp, go straight up Market Street and turn right. Follow Market Street to 6th Street and turn left. Follow 6th Street one block to Chestnut Street and turn left. Follow Chestnut Street for 2 blocks; the hotel is located on the left.

76 E

From 76 E, take 676 E (Vine Street Expressway/Center City) and follow the signs for Ben Franklin Bridge. Take Exit 30, which is 6th Street. At the bottom of the ramp turn right at the light. Follow 6th Street to Chestnut Street and turn left. The hotel is on the left.

New York/New Jersey/New England

Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 4 (marked Philadelphia, Camden). Once off the exit and through the toll, bear to the right onto Route 73 North. Continue on Route 73 N and follow signs for the Betsy Ross Bridge. Go over the bridge and take I-95 S into Center City. Take Exit 22, Historic Area/Independence Hall. At the bottom of the ramp, go straight; you will be on 2nd Street. Go up to Market Street and make a right. Stay on Market Street until 6th Street and turn left at the traffic light. Follow 6th Street one block to Chestnut Street and turn left. Follow Chestnut Street for 2 blocks. The hotel is located on the left at the corner of 4th & Chestnut Streets.

I-95 N

Take Exit 17, bear to the right when entering the exit and travel straight onto Callowhill Street. Follow Callowhill Street to 6th Street and turn left. Follow 6th Street to Chestnut Street and turn left. Follow Chestnut Street for approximately 2 blocks. The hotel is on the left.
