Las Palmas Cafe - Casual open-air dining facility serves breakfast, lunch snacks, and beverages. Open daily from 7:00am to 6:00pm. Cocktails are al fresco overlooking the Caribbean and tropical gardens with nightly entertainment. Main Dining Room - A complete menu includes fresh seafood and Puerto Rican Nouvelle Cuisine specialties. Open seven nights, from 6:00pm until 10:00pm.
