Fourteen Sixty One - True barefoot elegance is the feeling at Fourteen Sixty One just about the most chic beach restaurant you have ever seen. From BBQ to Foie Gras, cold beer to champagne theres something for any mood all day long. A La Carte Breakfast and lunch fare available until 6.30pm. Dinner is served A La Carte from 6.30pm 10.00pm, 6 nights a week, Caribbean Barbeque and family beach party once a week. Dress code- Barefoot Elegance dress shorts, and shirts with collars. Daytime beach casual. Piano Piano- Cotton Bay Village is pleased to announce the opening of Piano Piano fine dining restaurant and bar. This new restaurant combines a relaxing Champagne bar designed in true elegance with a spectacular restaurant. The food is a fusion of Mediterranean and Caribbean flavours and uses influences from Morocco, Spain, Greece and Italy. Much of the produce used is organic and this style of cuisine lends itself to vibrant presentation and lots of colour. Favourite signature dishes include appetizers such as Tomato Tart served with aurgula and feta cheese drizzled with pesto oil and for main course a Mediterranean style Bouillabaisee using the fresh fish and shellfish from around St Lucia's shores. They really know how to cool lobster here as well.
