From Zurich or Basle use motorway to Berne. In Berne use motorway in direction of Interlaken, use the exit at Spiez in direction of Kandersteg. From Spiez follow the main road to Kandersteg via Reichenbach and Frutigen

From the South

From Milano-Stresa-Domodossola use the Sempione Pass (Simplon Pass)or you use the simplon tunnel (on specific days only) down to Brig. There you continue in direction of Sion until Gampel/Steg, there you use the road to the Loetschberg train tunnel, you drive on the train, get through the tunnel and arrive in Kandersteg on the other side.From Torino, Genova or Milano to Aosta over the Great St.Bernhard Pass to Martigny and to Sion, continue to Sierre Leuk and finally Gampel/Steg and the Loetschberg.From Milano to Como-Chiasso-Lugano up to the St.Gotthard Tunnel (motorway), continue to Lucerne and Berne. In Berne use motorway in direction of Interlaken, use the exit at Spiez in direction of Kandersteg. From Spiez follow the main road to Kandersteg via Reichenbach and Frutigen

From the East

From Munich via Lindau-Bregenz (in Lindau do not use the motorway to Bregenz)to St.Gallen and Zurich, continue to Berne. In Berne use motorway in direction of Interlaken, use the exit at Spiez in direction of Kandersteg. From Spiez follow the main road to Kandersteg via Reichenbach and Frutigen.From Lucerne use motorway in direction of Interlaken, get over the Brunig Pass to Brienz, continue to Interlaken and Spiez.Use the exit at Spiez in direction of Kandersteg. From the West

From Geneva use motorway to Lausanne. There follow the motorway to Berne. In Berne use motorway in direction of Interlaken, use the exit at Spiez in direction of Kandersteg. From Spiez follow the main road to Kandersteg via Reichenbach and Frutigen.From Paris-Dijon-Besancon use motorway to Basle and from there to Berne. OR use exit at Besancon in direction of Pontarlier, continue to Valorbe (Swiss border) and Yverdon. There use the motorway to Berne.
