The Trade Winds Condotel is a newly built, bijou resort and is the only hotel in the heart of Grace Bay which caters to guests seeking absolute privacy and tranquility. Because Trade Winds is not a large resort guests can relax in the feel of their own home without the bustle of activities to be found at many of the large resorts. Trade Winds us located directly at the center of Grace Bay, just steps to one of the quietest sections of Grace Bay Beach and within easy walking distance to half a dozen or more restaurants, catering to all tastes and budgets. A new shopping plaza will open by Christmas 2003 only yards from the Trade Winds and within 2 years Trade Winds will be only a 10-15 minute walk to the new island village center currently under construction. Trade Winds was awarded 'Best New Caribbean Development' in 2002 sponsored by Mercedes Benz. Each of our 18 luxury suites have been tastefully furnished and offer every appliance to be found in one's home.

One bedroom luxury condo with king bed. Beautifully decorated with tasteful furnishings, each condominium features an open concept living/dining room and a separate bedroom with king bed. All suites are air-conditioned and feature ceiling fans, en-suite, washer and dryer, 2 TVs with cable telephone and internet port. The living room features a queen sized sleeper sofa great for families with young children or extra guests. Some units have connecting doors to accommodate larger parties. So much more than just a hotel room, each suite has a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a spacious balcony, ideal for private outdoor living.

From the airport, take Airport Road. At first major intersection turn left on to Leeward Highway. Continue on Leeward Highway approximately 7 miles. Turn left on Dolphin Road (indicated by a large sign to Allegro Resort). Turn left and drive approximately 200 yards where Trade Winds is located on the left hand side of the road.
