The Hardage meeting room at the Chase Suite Hotel by Woodfin is 1,108 square feet with an eight-foot ceiling. We extend inclusive meeting room packages, which include catering and the following audio/visual equipment: LCD Projector with screen, and flip chart/white board. If there is a need for any additional audio/visual equipment do not hesitate to ask, the sales department will make arrangements for those needs.
