The Latchis Hotel and Theatre complex is one of only two Art Deco buildings in the state of Vermont. We are easily accessible from I-91, Route 9, and Route 5, and provide an ideal setting for vacation and corporate travel needs. The Latchis has accommodations ranging from Standard singles to Deluxe Suites, as well as conference facility options. We offer a variety of amenities, including free wireless Internet in all guest rooms, and a complimentary continental breakfast. Please don't miss our mid-week and area events specials, along with a featured special of the month. The beautiful Latchis Theatre was designed in a Greek-mythology motif, and boasts three screens, including the area's only remaining big screen. The complex also houses two boutique stores and the popular Flat Street Brew Pub. Please note the following information- The front desk closes at 11PM on Sunday through Thursday and midnight on Friday and Saturday, thus all check-ins must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to closing. For after-hours arrivals, guest may contact the hotel and arrange to receive a key by FedEx. The hotel has limited parking, with additional parking available nearby for a nominal fee. The entire facility is non-smoking. The Latchis also offers student, business, conference, government, and military rates.

From the airport, go northwest on Terminal Rd. Take the Airport Exit ramp toward Short Term Parking. Turn right. Turn left onto Terminal Rd. Terminal Rd becomes Bradley Field Conn. Merge onto CT-20 E. Merge onto I-91 N via the exit on the left toward Springfield. Take the US-5 exit -EXIT 1- toward Brattleboro. Turn right onto Canal St / US-5 / Calvin Coolidge Memorial Hwy. From the airport, go northwest toward Terminal D / Terminal C. Stay straight to go onto ramp. Merge onto William F McClellan Hwy / MA-1A S / East Boston Expy (portions toll). Turn left to take the ramp toward I-93 North / Government Center. Merge onto I-93 N. Take the RT-16 / Mystic Valley Pkwy exit -EXIT 31- toward Arlington. Meeting Facilities

For small groups, the hotel has a conference room with private bath that can accommodate up to eight participants. If you are lodged with us, guests will receive a corporate room rate, and use of the conference space for free. For large conferences that are lodged at the hotel, the Latchis has a cooperative arrangement with the Marlboro College Technology Center. The Tech Center is just a few minutes by foot from the hotel, and offers a variety of beautiful meeting spaces.
