We are a family business which is run on Christian principles. We offer a smoke-free environment and expect respectful behaviour from our guests. Most of our guests appreciate this and return time and time again. Many guests like to come and taste our good home cooking, but you are welcome to eat out if you prefer. Of course if you wish to travel farther afield to visit one of the many attractions in North Wales (besides the stunning scenery) you should not find it hard to find a good eating place, whatever your taste. If you have difficulty in negotiating hills then this is the place for you because the whole area is flat, except for a slight slope going down to the promenade. The shops are only a few minutes walk away as is the railway station and coach stop. All of our rooms are en suite, and have their own television and hospitality tray.

Directions

Colwyn Bay is easily accessible from England and Ireland via the A55 Expressway. Colwyn bay also has a mainline railway station and is served by the National and local coach companies. Travelling from the west: Turn off the A55 at junction 20. Turn right at the end of the slip road. Turn left at the traffic lights for Colwyn Bay town centre. Turn left at the traffic lights by Lidls supermarket. Ellesmere Road is the second road on the right. The hotel is on the left hand side. Travelling from the east: Turn off the A55 at junction 20, signposted Rhos-on-Sea. At the traffic lights at the end of the slip road turn left. Ellesmere Road is the second road on the right. The hotel is on the left hand side.

Cooked breakfast included in rate. Evening meals available, we do require at least 6 hrs prior notice - 4 course meal 12.50GBP. Optional smaller meals available extra charge. We do try to cater for everyones needs and tastes. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know.
