Follow the A1 and take the Teeside turnoff (A19). On the A19 follow the road until the Middlesbrough A66 turnoff. On the A66 take the third exit signed town centre. As you leave the A66, move into the right-hand lane on the sliproad. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit into the right hand lane. At the small roundabout turn right. Take the 1st left into Gurney Street Municipal Car Park and turn directly left. The hotel is located through the yellow and black barrier.
