Only fifteen minutes walk from the main Penzance railway and bus stations and ten minutes walk to the Scillonian ferry terminal. We are surrounded by parkland and gardens, being ideally positioned for Penlee Memorial gardens and art gallery, Penzance's sub-tropical gardens and for easy access to the Isles of Scilly. Directions

There are a number of main motorway connections to the South West. The main route into Cornwall is reached via Exeter in Devon where the A30 dual carriageway takes you the rest of the way to Cornwall. From London to Penzance (M4, M5, A30) is some 310 miles (498 km) - allow six hours by car (four and a half hours if travelling outside peak times). From Birmingham to Penzance (M6, M5, A30) is some 274 miles (441 km) - allow five and a half hours by car. Car park short walk from hotel PS1.30 for 24 hours

Area Attractions

Morrab Road ends at the sea front promenade with picturesque views over Mounts Bay, St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour and the Penwith peninsula. It is a short car or train journey to St Ives and of course there is the world famous open air Minack Theatre. There are a number of beautiful beaches a short car journey away.
