From Heathrow Airport follow signs for the M4 West, and turn on to the M4. Exit at Junction 16: the Hilton Swindon hotel is located on the 4th exit off the roundabout heading towards Swindon, approx 50 yards from the junction in Lydiard Fields.

Large ground floor conference room with air-conditioning, natural daylight, disabled access, direct access from the car park and optional private bar. The foyer just outside the room offers space for registration desks, welcome drinks or tea/coffee breaks.

Meeting Rooms 1 - 9

Our 9 Hilton Meeting rooms on the conference level are all airconditioned along with large windows for natural daylight. Each room has: ergonomically designed chairs and tables, notepads, pens and stationery, a chiller with still and sparkling water and the icebreaker challenge. The rooms opposite our 4 main training rooms are ideal for use as syndicate or breakout rooms for these large events or training courses.

Training Rooms A + C

Situated on the conference level close to all our Hilton Meeting rooms. With airconditioning and natural daylight these 2 training rooms feature: ergonomically designed chairs and tables, notepads, pens and stationary, a chiller stocked with still and sparkling water and the icebreaker challenge. The meeting rooms opposite could be used as syndicate rooms to these main training rooms.

Training Rooms B + D

These are the largest of our Hilton Meeting rooms these 2 rooms are suitable for training courses, meetings and private dinners. Each room is airconditioned with natural daylight and features: ergonomically designed chairs and tables, notepads, pens and stationary, a chiller stocked with still and sparkling water and the icebreaker challenge. Opposite these rooms are meeting rooms that can be used for syndicate or breakout rooms. After use during the day the rooms can be changed to provide a private dining room or drinks reception area before dinner elsewhere in the hotel. These 2 rooms are also suitable for smaller exhibitions and other events.
