The new Starhotels Tuscany, reopened in March 2005 completely renovated and fully equipped with cutting-edge technology, is characterized by a design that recalls the style of the ancient Tuscan residences. Un-plastered walls, wrought iron, objects made of old brass, antique furniture in carved and inlaid oak, all contribute to give the hotel as atmosphere of bygone days linked to customs and to memories. Assaggi Bar/Restaurant For moments of relaxation, guests can choose between the Assaggi bar for a quick snack, or the Assaggi restaurant where they can savour flavour some delicacies of local and international cuisine. The Assaggi restaurant inside the hotel is illuminated by five large windows overlooking a barrier of greenery. The cuisine is international, but every day it also offers typical dishes from the local tradition accompanied by the most famous Tuscan wines. With a seating capacity of 82 and 115 for cocktail receptions it is also available for banquets and cocktails alike.
